Ryan Craig, Information Technology Specialist
Ryan Craig joined the Honors
College in December 2009 as information technology specialist. Craig came to the Honors College from Burlington North Santa
Fe’s logistics division. He also
had his own consulting firm where he delivered project solutions for companies
and the U.S. Department of the Navy. Craig is helping the Honors College become a paperless organization. Most recently he created a software
program that allows students to easily upload their scholarship and fellowship
applications electronically. This
program will allow the behind-the-scenes processing and reviewing to be
electronic and will contribute to campus sustainability efforts. When he needs a break from coding and staring at computer screens, Craig trains and competes as an ultra marathon runner.
