Noah Pittman, Director

Noah Pittman serves as the Assistant Dean of the University of Arkansas Honors College. In his position, Noah directs three areas for the Honors College: recruitment, retention, and the Advanced Placement Summer Institute. Noah received his B.A. in political science, summa cum laude, from Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. Noah also received a M.Ed. in higher education leadership and a Ph.D. in public policy from the University of Arkansas. Since his time with the Honors College, Noah has been involved in a number of College Board activities, and has presented on multiple occasions at the Southwest Regional Forum. Noah has also participated in the College Board's Enrollment Leadership Academy, which is designed for "rising stars" in the fields of enrollment management, college admissions, and financial aid.


Barbara Prichard, Public School AP Liaison

Barbara Prichard has been involved with the College Board Advanced Placement Program since the early 1980's. She was a member of the first group appointed to serve on the Advanced Placement Southwest Advisory Council (1996-1999) and was a district contact person collaborating with College Board when the AP Diploma Program was being considered. Barbara has been a presenter at College Board national conferences and workshops in the Southwest and other College Board regions. She was involved with the development and revision of Arkansas AP Incentive Program legislation and served as an Arkansas Department of Education appointee to the recommendations panel developing rules for offering Advanced Placement courses and/or concurrent courses. She received an Advanced Placement Special Recognition Award for the Southwest Region in 2004. She is past Chair of the four-state Southwestern Regional Council and was elected to serve on the College Board National Academic Assembly.

Graduate Level Course Credit
