The following required materials must be submitted with a printed copy of the pdf you will receive after the form is submitted. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until all required materials are submitted to ADMN 418.

  1. A 2-page description of presentation (includes poster presentation)
  2. For fine arts (music, art, communications, drama, etc.) a 1- or 2-page description of the content and description of work to be submitted/performed for the contest (not required for disciplines other than Fine Arts)
  3. Copy of official university transcript with honors courses highlighted
  4. Photocopy of official registration/announcement for conference
  5. Letter of recommendation from the advisor
  6. Budget for the conference (meals, housing, transportation, etc) cannot exceed $750
  7. Official receipts required for all travel expenses (submitted after event)
  8. Conference registration fee (may be considered in addition to the budget)
