| 1:30-3:00 pm | Check in at the Cosmopolitan outside the Sequoya Ballroom Photo Shoot begins in two rooms—McIlroy Rooms |
| 3:30-4:30 pm | Essay—Continuing Education Bldg 4th Floor (connected to the Cosmopolitan) |
| 4:30-5:30 pm | Information Meeting—Continuing Educations Bldg 4th Floor |
| 5:45-7:00 pm | Dinner at the Cosmopolitan with the Chancellor in the Sequoyah Room |
| 7:00 pm | Buses run to Pomfret Honors Quarters (residence hall) |
| 7:15-9:00 pm | Fun with current Fellows and tours of residence halls |
| 9:15 pm | Buses run back to the Cosmopolitan |

| 7:00 am | Breakfast in the Cosmopolitan/Study Abroad Information Pick-up at the Cosmopolitan at 7:45 am (Razorback transit) |
| 8:30 am | Round Table Sessions begin with the Chancellor, Heritage Room/Admin 425 |
| 9:00 am | Information Meeting for Parents, Union Theatre Fellowship Budget Office, Academic Scholarship Office, Study Abroad |
| 10:00 am | Governor's Scholarship Meeting for In-State Students—Union Theatre Scholarship Meeting for Out-of-State Students—Red Lounge |
| 9:30-11:50 am | Interviews begin (Class visits for those not interviewing) |
| 12:00-1:15 pm | Lunch with Deans/Honors Directors, Union Ballroom (Attendance Required) |
| 1:30-3:50 pm | Interviews continue Class Visits |
