Honors College Research Travel Grants
Through a generous gift from the Walton Foundation, the Honors College is able to offer undergraduate research travel grants, providing support for students. Travel should be academic in nature and regional or national. Mentors must be University of Arkansas faculty members.

Requirements
Students must be active participants in the Honors College. Competitive students generally have a 3.5 or higher and have completed at least thirty college hours, including six honors hours.
To receive reimbursements, successful applicants must be regularly enrolled in a full-time course of study at the University of Arkansas.
Application Deadlines
At least 2 weeks prior to the trip.
Awards
Awards up to $750 may be made to the students. Awards will vary and partial awards may be made. Reimbursements will be made following the conference.
Applicants are encouraged to visit the Travel Office website to determine the maximum amount that can be claimed for meals, transportation, airfare, hotel, etc. Realize that the total amount claimed cannot exceed $750.
