Required Documentation *

The following required materials must be submitted with a printed copy of the pdf you will receive after the form is submitted. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until all required materials are submitted to ADMN 418.

  1. An itinerary (5-day max for the entire trip)
  2. A research plan
  3. Letter from mentor explaining the importance of the research trip
  4. Budget for the trip (meals, housing, transportation, etc) cannot exceed $750
  5. Student resumé (2-page max, must include number of honors hours completed and gpa)
  6. Copy of official university transcript with honors courses highlighted
  7. Official receipts required for all travel expenses (submitted after trip)
