If you are applying for the maximum grant period (January 1 to October 30), you may request up to 12.5 hrs per week for 32 weeks.

If you are applying for a grant period that spans only one semester, you may request up to 12.5 hours per week for 16 weeks.

Required Materials *

The following required materials must be submitted with a printed copy of the pdf you will receive after the form is submitted. Please note that your application will not be considered complete until all required materials are submitted to ADMN 418.

  1. IRB approval letter attached (for students using human subjects, including, but not limited to, surveys, interviews and testing.)
  2. Copy of official university transcript with honors courses highlighted
  3. Honors College budget narrative
  4. Three letters of recommendation
  5. A well-written, carefully documented research proposal (not to exceed 5 pages)
  6. A one-page abstract
  7. A two-page (max) faculty vita
  8. A two-page (max) student resumé
  9. Fine Arts students may submit examples of creative works (up to 10 pages of creative text, or 10 slides, or 30 minutes of a musical or dramatic performance)
