  2. An academic resumé
  3. A proposed full-time accredited study abroad program and proposed course work
  4. A complete financial statement of monies contributing to the study abroad experience and total cost/budget
  5. A personal statement-approximately 600 words-in which you describe your current academic or professional goals and how your proposed plan of study abroad would facilitate your achieving these goals
  6. Two letters of recommendation from UA faculty in sealed envelopes with signatures across the seal
  7. An official transcript
